Now, to the preparation of the Homemade Tiger Nut Milk


1. Rinse and soak_: Rinse the tiger nuts and soak them in water for at least 8 hours or overnight.



2. Clean your date, slice the 2 banana, add your coconut and ginger


3. Drain and blend_: Drain and rinse the soaked tiger nuts, then add them to a blender or food processor with your sliced banana , coconut and 1 ginger, add 2 cups of water and blend smoothly 


4. Blend: Blend the mixture on high speed for about 2 minutes, or until the nuts are completely pulverized and the mixture is smooth.



5. Strain: Pour the mixture into a nut milk bag or a fine-mesh strainer lined with a cheesecloth or a clean cotton cloth.


6. Squeeze: Squeeze the bag or press on the solids to extract as much milk as possible. Discard the solids.

7. Filter (optional): If you want a smoother milk, you can filter it again through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.



8. Chill and enjoy: Store the tiger nut milk in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3-5 days. You can add a sweetener or flavorings to taste.


Tips:

- Use a high-speed blender for a creamier milk.
- Adjust the water ratio to your liking, but keep in mind that a higher water ratio may result in a thinner milk.
- You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor and preserve the milk.
